Wednesday, July 26, 2023 - Taste was affected a bit by illness, but I could definitely tell this was an outstanding bottle of Rocks Syrah. Blackberry and plum fruit, savory umami flavors, sweet tobacco and dark chocolate, hints of barrel and vanilla. This should evolve nicely. Drink now - 2035.
