Sunday, November 21, 2010 - Deep ruby in the glass. Cherry mentho's and other dark berries on the nose. Ever changing taste over two glasses and two nights, but strong peppery spices always present. Heavy mouthfeel and a long satisfying finish. Better on night 2 with a spicy ny strip.
