Sunday, March 15, 2009 - Bright gold color, with a cardboardy nose. the Palate was rather vegetative with asparagus and hay. Paired with some lively Thai food, the chardonnay character shone through with pears and citrus. Being warmer than optimum wasn't charitable to the wine.
