Friday, January 28, 2011 - Really enjoyed this. It's definitely a big, rich style of Chardonnay. With the few years of bottle age on it, there's lots of honey and butterscotch, but also enough lively fruit for balance (pineapple, a bit of green apple, and pear). And just enough acidity to keep it from being flabby. It was really delicious and easy to drink with food. Last bottle for us, but if we had more we'd be drinking them soon.
