Saturday, April 6, 2024 - Extremely exuberant mousse which died quickly. Light gold. Quite pleasant aroma of soft apple and cinnamon, only a hint of oxidation. Very charming on the mid palate at first; later became youthfully disjointed. A much fresher presentation than E-Os of the past. Try again in a few years; this could be interesting.
