Tuesday, April 23, 2024 - Savory, peppery spice with interesting mushroom, marmalade and caramel aged notes. Perfectly ripe peach, melon, forest floor edge. Beautiful balance. Round but with grip. Lively finish with a touch of balsami and spice. At peak. A late release bottle but great value.
