Monday, July 31, 2023 - Working form memory. Consumed with food over three days.

Medium red/garnet on the darker side. This wine is young, IMO, nd likely needs 1-3 years. The green/vegetal qualities evident on opening improved (subsided) significantly after a day (vacuumed, very cold).

Sour cherry, some earth, relatively fine tannins, but i found them green. Also a light vegetal quality to the palate. Significant acidity.

That said this is very good with food. The acidity cuts through fat, and the earthy quality compliments it.
