Saturday, October 7, 2023 - Deep purple.
Nose: Light 'Napa cigarbox' scents of oak and pine. Blackfruit -- plum, blackberry as well as black + blue floral notes. Graphite
Taste: Young -- very high acid + high tannin. Drinks smooth with some silkish notes from the Merlot in the blend, but very acidic and young tannins. Should age nicely given the structure
Acid: 8-9 / 10
Sweet: 3 / 10
Tannin: 7-8 / 10
Alcohol: 7-8 / 10
Body: full body
