Saturday, May 6, 2023 - Forward nose of white flower and brown sugar. Clean, fragrant and nuanced with high toned floral notes, honey, stones, and citrus instead of the typical orchard profile. Nose is captivating and delicate with deep soul, hard to put down. Palate certainly leaner for this bottling but focused, serious, and long. A good expression. Took 3/4 hours to come into its own.

5/6/2023 10:43:00 PM - Thanks for checking in on these so early. Trying to figure out what to buy and/or not from this crazy ‘21 vintage. A couple weeks ago while in Burgundy it was huge misses with few hits (compared to other recent vintages). Didn’t get a chance to visit with Boillot so a bit hesitant to go deep.
