Sunday, December 4, 2022 - PnP enjoyed over several hours. Very aromatic with lemon, green apple, pear, spice, light herbal and minerals. Medium body loaded with green apple, lemon, pear, spice, minimal oak. Good acidity balances the flavor leading to a smooth medium finish. Good now, may be better as all the pieces settle in.
