Saturday, March 2, 2024 - White Burgundy Afternoon (Authentique London): Tough act to follow following 2010 Moreau La Matroie Chassagne.
Its youth is apparent.
Fresher and more floral. More mineral like matchstick on the nose.
Rich ripe and sweet fruit. Very clean.
Better with some air. Probably could have decanted.
Very lucky to have had the opportunity to taste this courtesy of Boon Fong's generosity.
