Friday, September 11, 2009 - Dinner at Central, DC. Very dark ruby in color, this wine was explosive upon opening with a terrific nose of olives and burnt stones. Deep, concentrated flavors on the medium bodied palate. Long on the finish. A very dark wine in nature tonight. Still has a very long life ahead of it. 50+14+13+9+9 = 95
