Saturday, January 13, 2024 - Unsure what day I got to this on as it was opened by someone else when I was away, but let's say it was day 2 as it was pretty fresh. Nicely steely, I was not expecting much but this was actually pretty good, lean, and with a piercing quality that worked well. Clearly not amazing Chablis but I'd definitely buy this again at this price - bargain. From a half.
