Monday, July 17, 2023 - Very light bodied and austere. Large dollop of acidity (not offensive to my palate which loves the acid). Grassy, grapefruit notes at the forefront. Refreshing summertime quaff. Good QPR. Not unpleasant with a Cobb salad on a 104 degree Texas summer evening.
