Sunday, April 22, 2012 - The 2004 Avignonesi Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Riserva Grandi Annate is so unique and interesting, with aromas of fresh black fruits, violets, lilac, roses, dried tobacco, dried herbs and even some barn notes. The structure and finish are just amazing. This is classic, and one of those wines that give you the sensation that you are back in Italy as you are drinking it.
