Monday, September 11, 2017 - Dark raspberry and soft aged leather with beautiful wood aromas. Deep, dark red fruits with a lovely old world smell. Velvety, but not too heavy on the palate, light oak, anise, cassias, foggy color but drinking amazing! This is a really wonderful wine. We bought 4 bottles of this wine from a small wine shop in Castellini di Chianti and can't wait to try the remaining 3.
