Friday, April 26, 2024 - Pale yellow. Very bright and fresh citrus on the nose which carries through on the palate which is, despite being 3 years old, decidedly racy from an acidity perspective. Really mouth puckering this, and crying out for freshly fried calamari and a coastline. Decent but perhaps a shade out of balance when drunk on its own.
