Monday, September 21, 2009 - Perfect ruby in color. Sweet black cherry menthol nose. Tastes somewhat chalky and tart. Ali noted it was like blue cheese. I think it has a lot of sour cherry. Candy notes. Medium to heavy in weight. Def get the syrah. I think this wine has some potential over next few years.
