Thursday, November 13, 2008 - Medium red, the color of red delicous apples. Dumb the first day, but opened on subsequent days to show sweet sauteed meat and blackberry/plum notes. Flavorwise, there is sweetness allied to a light-to-medium body that recalls certain pinot-based wines. Rounded out by fine grained tannin. Progressively styled stuff but interesting enough, with promise for future development/improvement.
