Friday, October 8, 2010 - Light red color. Nose of minerals, berries and some austere acid and alcohol. Finishes with light berries, dry tannins and a little heat. Was much smoother with aged Wisconsin white Cheddar. Even my favorite of salami with peanut butter. Was outstanding.
