Thursday, January 26, 2023 - This was really good, and I say that as someone who doesn't often enjoy Dolcetto. Fruity and fresh at this stage but not unpleasantly so, as some wines this young can be. Fairly complex and carries a good balance of material and freshness. Lives up to the pedigree of the producer. Excellent with Bucantini Amatriciana.
