Saturday, November 5, 2022 - 2022 Austin Food & Wine Festival; 11/5/2022-11/6/2022 (Vic Mathais Auditorium Shores, Austin, TX): Only 15% malo, fermentation in oak, new French oak for 20 months. Youthful, with vanilla, butter, peach, and citrus. Nice mouthfeel and length. Drink though 2029. Very good
