Monday, September 25, 2023 - Piedmontese sparkling wines are now projected into the Olympus of the finest sparkling wines. The creaminess and complexity of this wine demonstrate it, with ample acidity, citrusy hints, and those pastry-like, creamy, and buttery notes that enrich a truly intriguing nose. The persistence and finesse of the bubbles are incredible. I will taste every vintage.
