Tuesday, March 19, 2024 - 4/12. 10.5% abv. AP 01. An exemplary meeting of contradictory extremes: 1) austerity, weightless tension, and 2) sappy herb oils and saline. Whole ripe lemon bodies. Very long and savory. This is like a 90 point wine with an extra mark of adrenaline.
