Friday, February 23, 2024 - Deep ruby in the glass, clear and bright. Aromas of plum & blackberry, with notes of leather, paprika, allspice, clove and mushroom, somewhat subdued. Fresh, ripe, plum and black cherry fruit on the attack, with secondary depth of five spice, eucalyptus, tea and leather. Medium-bodied, lithe and easy on the front palate, rounding out toward the middle and finish. Fresh and cool-toned, with round fleshy tannins and moderate length. Well-balanced flavors and approachable.
