Friday, March 12, 2021 - Deep straw in color with an orange hue. Nose of ginger, honey, and ripe apricot. Intriguing tastes of apple cider, tangerines, figs, autumnal spices, and hints of lanolin and honey. Well balanced wine with nice viscosity and mouthfeel. My 5th and final bottle of this vintage and is drinking well and better integrated than when younger. Despite an oxidative character this wine has at least another 4-8 of pleasurable drinking life.
