Saturday, July 26, 2008 - Initially very yeasty and bubbly. The cork on this was in a hurry to come out and popped out before I got the cage off the bottle. This is all tart apple flavor with lots of nice bubbles. It's not too tart, and would make a nice pairing with some sweeter desserts. I'd love to try it with a strawberry shortcake or cheesecake. I will definitely buy this again.
