Tuesday, October 3, 2023 - Opaque dark purple bowl fading to light purple rim. Blackberries, cooked cherries, plums, notes of cedar and spice on the nose. Palate is dark chocolate shavings, hints of spice and vanilla, chocolate covered cherries, some musty earth notes. Medium tannins and medium plus acidity. Decanted two hours.
