Saturday, February 11, 2012 - I have had this wine at least 3 times before and I think this was the best so far. The lovely Pauillac nose with cooked green veggies and horse shit is there and in the mouth I got fab black currant, chocolate and coffee. Very easy drinking with a freshness that was lovely. I enjoy this style of Bordeaux. Classy and fresh and not over ripe fruit with too much alcohol. Nice one!
