Sunday, March 10, 2024 - Dark red-purple-black. Aroma of blackberry jam, mint, oak. Beefy flavours of oak, eucalyptus, blackcurrant, blackberry, gingerbread, chewy and dense. A bit soupy and overwhelming. 14.5% alcohol which is a bit too present. I wonder if it will improve.
