Sunday, December 11, 2022 - Terrific first vintage for a blanc de noir. Brioche dominates the nose, and is first up on the palate, but evolves through some nuts, and into pear and strawberries. Youthful and fun now, but can only imagine how this will be with a few more years of aging.
