Saturday, December 28, 2019 - Deep straw in color with Golden hue. Nose of dried apricots and apple cider. Taste of apple cider, dried peaches, and hint of lanolin. Lovely acidity and mouth feel. Fairly sweet and still plenty of primary flavors despite nearly 20 years old. Should remain in this drinking window for at least 5 to 7 years. Tasted just as good on day three in the refrigerator.
