Monday, December 25, 2023 - Bottle was in great shape, barely showing any age, if at all. Maintained good acidity and decent length for the first couple hours, then started to soften a bit. Delicious dark aged fruits flavors and aromas with some gentle spices on the nose. Even held up pretty well the next day.
