Thursday, January 31, 1991 - Tasting of 6 White Burgundy at Primas. Was the first wine pored and tasted for the evening and set the tone for the evening with a steely, intense nose and beautiful steely taste of great fruit, extremely well balanced and finished with long lasting flavors, should age the best of the group. My #3 and Group #1.
