Sunday, August 2, 2020 - Clove and white pepper; earthy, soil-inflected; root vegetables. Almost too perky acidity hinting at volatility; new cork indicates late bottling or restoration(?). Likely needs some further bottle time. Will keep my lone bottle for at least 3 years.
