Sunday, August 17, 2008 - Golden yellow color. Very floral nose. Candied pear and spice on palate with a just a touch of oxidation that added to the structure. Very big white. Vacu Vined and had the second half on 2nd day when it was maybe a little better with the fruit being a little more pronounced with some roasted pineapple in addition to the pear. Plan to try this with steamed lobster sometime.
