Thursday, December 15, 2022 - From a small capped bottle. Nose is nutty and spicy, wood, squeeze of lemon and some florals - pollen, green apple, tart, some blue cheese. Salty and some nutty. Finish is tart and nutty but a little coarse. Nose - 4.5/6, Palate - 5/6, Finish - 4/6, Je ne Sais Quoi - 1/2 = 14.5/20.
