Thursday, July 13, 2023 - 2010 Vintage. Light straw gold colour in the glass. Fine bubbles quite lively. Nose is a little retrained but fine notes of brioch, white peach, pear, toast. Palate flows over the tongue with delicate and beautifully balanced integrated. Long finish with some residual sweetness coming through.
