Wednesday, June 1, 2011 - pale yellow. saline, lime, cool cucumber, and a bit of wax on the nose. big time wax on the palate, with really nice mineral notes and good acidity. nice weight. wish there was a bit more citrus on the palate, but that is the only complaint. it's not over the hill. really impressed by the depth and longevity of this wine. mid-long finish. the best $25 i've spent on a wine in some time.
