Friday, May 20, 2016 - Geek night with Alex and Tim et al. (The Presidio, SF): (blind - Tim’s 1st wine)
A touch of color indicating varietal, botrytis, or aging.
Neutral nose with some development.
Dry on the palate, with slight bitterness, elevated acid (slightly malic), and a douch of lees. It has a hint of salinity - like Dutch salted liquorice. And it’s quite developed on the palate.

Despite the acid not being so aggressive, this is so light and neutral… maybe Muscadet?
