Tuesday, January 10, 2017 - Color was still a light yellow. This is my only bottle of this vintage, so I can't comment on whether it's changed color, but it appeared strikingly youthful; the cork was also in ridiculously good shape with hardly any seepage.
The nose is still fresh, I usually get some nice green apple on the nose in my muscadet, this smelled a little more like baked apple, although it was very subtle. Nice minerality and long finish, but not super complex. It was weighty, almost oily in texture for a muscadet. Very enjoyable.
