Friday, April 28, 2023 - Black plum, red currant, dried cherry, though not too fruity. Earth tones, smoky meat, and vanilla accents add complexity. Beautiful mouthfeel, tannins and acidity beg for food. Had this with cassoulet, and it worked perfectly.
