Monday, May 29, 2023 - Bought a bottle to help decide whether to buy some for the cellar. Dense and dark in the glass. Nose and palate closed as expected but what was there was pure cabernet with signs of good structure and balance. Needs to be left alone for 5-10 more years (at least) but should reward well after that.
