Tuesday, April 16, 2024 - Pop and pour. Notes from 24 hrs open (in the fridge overnight). On the nose: soft apple, lime, tarragon, meyer lemon...not sure I would have guessed Chenin if I didn't know. On the palate: fantastic acidity lovely density and more of what I expect with Chenin; fantastic minerality, and pure sour apple. Long finish. An excellent vintage of this wine, imo.
