Saturday, December 16, 2023 - I currently have over 400 bottles listed in Cellar Tracker and have consumed well over 1000 bottles that I have had listed. This is the best bottle of wine I have ever had. We drank it over 2 days and the end of the bottle today was the best. Dark, Dense, Complex with perfect mouth feel. One of the great wine experiences of my life.
