Saturday, March 30, 2024 - Nose: barnyard, olive, eucalyptus, dark cherry, smoke meat, cedar, woodsmoke; fantastic and funky nose!
Palate: woodsmoke, charred meat, olive, barnyard; med body, smooth; high - acid; med + tannins
Overall: great notes, maybe a little tart but really enjoyable
