Friday, October 6, 2023 - Beautiful boysenberry, cassis, blueberry, black cherry, earth, smoke, and herbs on the nose. As it sits in the glass, it shifts a bit more toward red fruit and earth. Cassis, blackberry, oak, earth, herbs, red cherry, almost a meaty quality, and spice on the palate. Mouthwatering acidity, lightly grippy, but polished tannins, long finish. Wow, this was a nice bottle. So much complexity. Every sip was slightly different but equally delicious.
