Friday, November 17, 2023 - Wonderfully complex, with a subtle balance on the finish. Fairly intense notes of bright red fruit, paired best with meatloaf. Actually tasted better straight out of the bottle after 10 to 15 minutes, decanting for an hour or more was much worse.
