Saturday, March 2, 2024 - Assessing 2021 Burgundy-La Paulée de Los Angeles Grand Tasting (Fairmont Miramar, Santa Monica): Light red color. Greener aromas than the Enfant Jésus. Medium body, light wood base. Mixed fruit and soil with late blueberry. Gentle soil, excellent acidity, fine tannins, and overall, a very refined mouth feel. Also highly impressive, will last.
