Monday, December 31, 2007 - The nose on this dessert wine does not tell the whole story. The primary nose is of cocoa and coffee. But when you sip it the raspberry and black cherry jump out at you. This is a wonderful wine to have after a dinner of red meat and anything heardy like stews etc. Give it a try, chances are you have never experienced this flavor.
